The Crossroads Center Remains Open During Health Crisis
As an essential Healthcare Organization and Opioid Treatment Provider (OTP), The Crossroads Center remains open and ready to serve our patients with continued EXCELLENCE during the State issued Stay At Home Order that went into place Monday, March 23, 2020, at 11:59 PM. We will maintain all of our Agency’s already in place standards to keep our environment safe and healthy for all of our patients, clients and team members.
- Everyone who enters The Crossroads Center building will have to undergo a screening process that will include a temperature check. We encourage everyone to check your own temperature and any symptoms listed below before coming to The Crossroads Center. If you are symptomatic, please call to reschedule or cancel your visit. You can also speak with one of our clinicians for guidance.
- The Crossroads Center has implemented the approved Telehealth protocols for all Outpatient, Residential and Medication Assisted Treatment (MAP) Programs. This approach is to comply with all State and Local mandated orders and to assist with compliance of social distancing requirements.
- We will also be providing a modified schedule to manage our dosing times and group sizes, as well as our take-home dosing for qualifying patients.
