At The Crossroads Center, we have always been committed to providing compassionate, transformative care to individuals and families struggling with addiction and mental health challenges. Today, I am thrilled to announce an exciting chapter in our journey—one marked by growth, new leadership, and the promise of expanded impact.

We are honored to welcome JB Boothe as our new Chief Executive Officer. JB brings a wealth of experience and a profound dedication to our mission, which will guide The Crossroads Center into a new era of service. “I am humbled to lead such an incredible organization,” JB shared. “Together, we will continue to provide life-changing care and find innovative ways to serve our community more effectively.”

Joining JB on this journey is Amy Pelicano, our newly named Development and Marketing Director. Amy’s expertise in building meaningful connections and telling powerful stories will be instrumental as we strengthen our partnerships and amplify our message. “It’s a privilege to contribute to the vital work happening at The Crossroads Center,” Amy said. “I look forward to working with our team and community to expand our reach and impact.”

We’re also proud to announce Dee McKinney as our new Chief Clinical Officer. Dee’s leadership will enhance the quality and breadth of our clinical services, ensuring we remain at the forefront of compassionate care. Together, JB, Amy, and Dee join a dynamic Executive Leadership Team that includes CFO Rokhaya Seye, Quality Assurance Director Alisa Bevins, Business Operations Director Rama Faye, and HR Manager Melitza Weller. Each of these leaders plays an integral role in making our vision a reality.

This growth comes at a pivotal time for The Crossroads Center. We are preparing to move into a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility—one that will allow us to expand our services, reach more individuals in need, and serve our community like never before. This facility represents our unwavering commitment to providing hope and healing to those who need it most.

As we embark on this new chapter, I want to express my deepest gratitude to our staff, supporters, and community partners. Your dedication and belief in our mission fuel everything we do. Together, with this extraordinary leadership team, we are poised to make an even greater impact.
